About us

Rapid Response Reporting Ltd was established in 2008 by Stefan Bullman and an orthopaedic consultant. Born from an idea late one night over dinner, it has grown into a nationwide company providing a consistent, reliable and professional service, producing medico legal reports for claims throughout the UK in all sectors of the industry for almost every major agency, as well as many others.

We have remained family focused with a dynamic approach – crucial in this ever-changing industry. The past 15 years have witnessed many changes in the medico legal field and we are pleased to be able to state that we keep abreast of all the CPR regulations as well as being focused on any changes in the industry, so that we can be flexible and adapt as and when necessary.

Leading Edge Care

We aim to be informal in our approach, allowing experts to call us should they need to on any matter, whether it be advice on a case or for assistance. I must admit I find the phrase quite a cliché but we are “Big enough to cope, small enough to care”.

We asked our experts what they would like from our business and most said that as they were self-employed the administration side of their work was a key factor.

We listened and opened up an area of the business where we have implemented a full or part secretarial service, allowing you to separate medico legal work from your private or NHS commitments, thus enabling a clearer accounting solution.

We are fully aware that you may already supply reports for various agencies throughout the UK, but working with us gives you the advantage of being able to continue working with those agencies directly, while also receiving additional instructions via us from agencies with whom you currently do not work.

Our team is based in North Wales on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park amid the mountains and beautiful lakes of Llanberis. On their days off, the team can usually be found, horse riding, mountain biking, running and stomping around the North Wales countryside and mountains. We sponsor a bee hive, as well as various other commitments to the local area.
